Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions define the contractual framework applicable to the commercial relations related to the distribution of products of the Maya l'abdel® house, in a spirit of transparency, rigour and mutual respect between the parties.

1. Designation of the Parties

The company Coco des îles distribution is hereinafter referred to as "Coco des îles distribution" or "the Distributor".

The professional buyer is referred to as "the Buyer" or "the Reseller".

2. Conditions Required to Purchase

The minimum age required to purchase the products is set at 18 years of age.

Under the agreements binding the Distributor to the manufacturer Maya l'abdel®, the Buyer undertakes to purchase exclusively through Coco des îles distribution for the acquisition of products in the range, and this only within the geographical area of Réunion Island.

3. Nature of the Website

The website mayalabdel.com is a showcase website intended to present the products of the Maya l'abdel® range.

No sale or online payment is carried out directly via the website.

4. Ordering Procedures

Any order is placed outside the website, after prior contact with the Distributor, through one of the following means: contact form, email (contact@mayalabdel.com), telephone, or any other means agreed between the parties.

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of the prices communicated, the description of the products, and these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

5. Product Availability

Orders are fulfilled within the limit of available stock.

In the event of unavailability of a product, Maya l'abdel® undertakes to inform the Buyer as soon as possible.

6. Payment

Payment terms are defined directly between the Buyer and the Distributor, outside the website.

No online payment by credit card is offered on the mayalabdel.com website.

7. Return and Refund

In the event of an exchange accepted by the Distributor, the return shipment of the products is carried out at the Buyer's expense, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

The precise conditions of return are communicated at the time of the order.

8. Disputes

Any dispute relating to an order shall be subject to an amicable exchange between the parties and, where applicable, shall be handled in accordance with the legal guarantees in force.
